Musculoskeletal Disorder Risk Summary
This document summarizes the risk of musculoskeletal disorders for all employees that were assessed at Company X on February 20th, 2013. Employees are ranked below by risk with 1 being the highest and 10 being the lowest.
Employees with Existing Musculoskeletal Disorders
This is the highest risk group. Employees in this group experience chronic pain from sitting and have been diagnosed with a musculoskeletal disorder or injury.

Employees with Pain from Sitting
This is the 2nd highest risk group. Employees in this group currently experience chronic pain from sitting. Their chair does not meet their needs ergonomically. This group may have musculoskeletal disorders that have not yet been diagnosed.

Employees without Pain that Sit the Longest
This group consists of employees who sit 6 or more hours per day and do not currently experience chronic pain from sitting. The chairs used by employees in this group do not fully meet their needs ergonomically. Employees in this group may develop pain from sitting in the future.

Employees Not Needing a Chair
This group consists of employees that sit less than 6 hours per day and do not experience chronic pain from sitting or standing. Both of these employees stand 4 or more hours per day.
